Cutting Only : Plant Cutting propagation can be done in water or soil, but once it begins, the plant has difficult switching to the other growing medium. If you place the cutting in water, the plant should remain in water once it grows larger. The same goes for a cutting propagated in the soil. It is normal for your cutting to shed a few leaves over time, but if you are seeing increased leaf loss, there might be an underlying problem. If your cutting plant has distorted leaf growth, this may be due to nutrient and/or light deficiencies, insect infestations, or too little water. Mealybugs and scale often take up residence on the plant, and can be removed with an alcohol-soaked cotton ball. If the cutting plant leaf tips are turning brown, this is a sign of low humidity. To solve this problem, you can lightly spray your plant with water or place it in a room with a humidifier. Bare Root Only : Soil: Lightweight, well-aerated, fast-draining growing medium Container: Use a small sized pot that keeps the roots tightly packed; Drainage holes are a must Light: Although this plant will survive in low light conditions, bright indirect sunlight is best Temperature: Daytime 70 F (21 C) and above, nighttime 60-65 F (16-18 C) Humidity: Higher humidity than average household levels (40-60 percent) Watering: Water when the soil is almost dry during growth phase, infrequently during winter Fertilizing: Feed monthly with diluted water-soluble fertilizer only in spring and summer Potted plant Only : DO NOT WATER YOUR PLANT for at least 2-3 days. Very Good packaging! The plant arrived safe and sound! After placing her in water for a week, I moved her to spagnum moss! The Hoya pubicalix splash has been on my wishlist for a long time and I am glad I got it from this shop! Also has multiples stems and nodes!

Super happy with this shop! I bought three hoyas when the weather where I live was experiencing sub-zero temperatures. The seller delayed shipping at my request by about a week. When I received them they were packaged super well and everything was healthy. I was worried about the cold when I got them, but I’m happy to report that all three have new growth after less than a month! I will definitely be ordering from this shop again!

My experience with this shop has just not been good. First, I ordered a lacunosa that basically arrived dead, all attempts at saving it failed, and I’m very experienced with plants, I’ve saved many. This was beyond saving. On the same day I ordered it, I also ordered the Splash, and opted for bare root. For 6 days it only said the label was created, never shipped. I spoke to the lady and she said usps hadnt scanned it in. My package came today, dead of course. There wasn’t any damp moss around the roots, just a dry paper towel. It was pointless to try to save it, there wasn’t anything left to save. This is my first truly negative review/experience with a shop on Etsy, but I just don’t recommend this shop. And if you do decide to order, DO NOT OPT FOR BARE ROOT!!!!!

I received my Hoya Publicalyx splash and I’m so happy with my order, arrived early than expected. When I got it, it looks so thirsty and need to pot right away, so I did. Next day, it bounce back and it’s so beautiful. So thank you!
