This shop has gone above and beyond. Purchased 4 plants. Post office damaged the box. It was smashed but plants where packed well and no damage to plants. One plant did not far well with the trip. Reached out and was given refund for the plant right away. Thank you for your great care.

Received my order, and it came in great condition; even the soil was still moist. The packaging for it was a bit jarring for a first time customer of ordering plants online, but there was minor damage to one leaf; but I don’t mind at all. It’s to be expected. 🙂
