Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

Beautiful! My little baby jade was packaged securely and shipped the same day I placed the order. When I opened the package it was so cute and perfect, not even a granule of soil out of place. One of the better experiences I’ve had ordering plants from Etsy (and I have ordered a lot!). Very happy with this purchase! ❤️

Plant is OK. Not as beautiful as pictured (one limb cut off and growing off to the side). Also, has mold growing on top of soil.

The Jade is larger than I expected but looks a little bit rough around the edges but I love it still. Packaged very well and made it through its travel well. thank you!
