Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

I think this plant was well cared for, it just doesn’t travel well. It’s vines and leaves are so delicate that most of its foliage was wilted or bruised by the time the package arrived to AZ. I cleaned up what remained and am in the process of salvaging what I can. It’s not looking good, but I’m hopeful.
I trust this grower to take special care of his plants because I ordered 4 other plants with this order and all arrived healthy and packaged well. I blame most of the damage on USPS, as they skipped over my state to move onto two others before backtracking to mine. Had they just stopped in AZ before moving onto CO & NM it might have had a stronger chance of survival.

I was unfortunately quite disappointed with this plant. I have ordered many plants from etsy and this is the first that has arrived in poor condition. I was also expecting a plant with more growth and what I received was half alive and had very limited leaves.
