All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

This guy didn’t do very well in shipping. Most of its leaves had already wilted or fallen off. But I do think we will be able to salvage it, it does have a nice vine still, but I was a little disappointed in the packaging around it, since I have had nothing but good experiences with the packaging in the past. All in all, still a great price and most of my other plants arrived unharmed! So thank you, I’ll still be back!
