Also, the plant will be shipped in its pot, not bare rooted*** SHIPPING All 4” plants are sent using USPS First Class Mail for a delivery time of 1-3 days. All 6” plants and larger plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you please allow 3 days for shipping and handling. REFUND If you’re unhappy with your order or if your order is damaged, please contact us, with photo proof, within the first 3 days of delivery and we can potentially issue either a refund or send a replacement — whichever is more convenient to you. We promise to do everything in our power to ensure both your plants’ health and your happiness. We only ask that you be patient, as the postal services do sometimes experience difficulties with the shipment.

First, the cactus was wonderfully packaged and arrived in excellent condition! I will be remembering this seller when I purchase plants in the future. I will be keeping the plant, as it is beautiful and healthy however it is not a Christmas cactus. It was actually a Thanksgiving cactus. I realize that they are often mislabeled in stores, so I chose to purchase via internet. There are only two differences between the two plants, but I was looking foreword to a Christmas cactus. Again, I will purchase from this seller again because the service was fast and plant healthy. The incorrect plant is the only reason for only 4 stars.
